Retired Fellowship

Our UCC Retired Fellowship is a warm, inviting community designed especially for senior citizens and those at home during the weekdays. We understand that retirement and time at home bring new opportunities to grow, connect, and serve in meaningful ways. Our fellowship provides a space where older adults can nurture their faith, stay active, and build lasting friendships in a Christ-centered environment.

Meeting Times:  Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Programs and Activities

Our Retired Fellowship offers a variety of engaging programs that cater to the spiritual, social, and physical needs of our members. Here’s what you can expect:

A group of older adults are seated around tables arranged in a large rectangle, listening to a woman give a presentation in a community hall.

Bible Study and Spiritual Growth

Each week, we gather for a Bible study session, diving deep into Scripture and exploring its relevance in our lives. Led by experienced teachers, these studies are a time for reflection, discussion, and spiritual renewal, helping members draw closer to God and each other.

Four well-dressed men stand together in a sunny parking lot, smiling for the camera while holding small bowls of food.

Food and Fellowship

Nothing brings people together like a shared meal! Our fellowship includes regular gatherings where we enjoy delicious food, laughter, and uplifting conversations. It’s a time to catch up, celebrate milestones, and create cherished memories with friends in a welcoming community.

Physical Exercise

Physical Exercise

Staying active is essential to living a healthy life, especially in retirement. Our fellowship offers gentle exercise sessions designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. These sessions are tailored for all ability levels, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably and safely.

Knowledge Sessions

We invite guest speakers from various organizations to share insights on topics relevant to our community. These knowledge sessions cover a wide range of subjects, including health and wellness, financial planning, estate management, technology, and more. Members have the chance to learn, ask questions, and gain valuable information that supports their everyday lives.
